Ben Cortez new Concrete Wave Ad!!!!!! It's out!

So our first ad in a series featuring our new pro rider Ben Cortez from SoCal has finally hit. It stands out to say the least. Ben is featured in this ad busting a FS Nosegrind and props to Juan Ayala for the excellent photo.  Ben Cortez is one of the best skaters we have seen in a long time and we are all stoked to share with all of you. Watching him skate will get you pumped... check out the Concrete Wave DVD Evolutions which will be out in a few months. We are working on a sick video with Ben that will be featured on Evolutions 6.

Received an E-Mail

I received this email from a student at the University of Redlands who attended a lecture that Nick and I lead on skate art and branding.  I thought I would share it with all of you.

"Hey David,
 
I was one of the students in Ben Bridger's First Year Seminar Class: Skate and Create.  After you guys came to our class I was inspired to come up with design.  I got the idea from the octopus board and the sea turtle board, which I really liked.  I attatched a picture of the board I came up with.  I am not the most artistic but I think it still turned out decent enough for me.  Anyways, you guys brought in your sasquatch wheels and since you guys inspired me to create this board (in addition to myself thinking your wheels would look good on it), I was hoping to get a pair from you.  You mentioned that we would be able to get a discount possibly.
 
Let me know if I can get a set of wheels from you, that would be awesome. Also, congratulations on how far you guys have come.  The new website looks awesome.
